At AIMS School – Academy for Islamic & Modern Studies, we offer a Fast-Track Hifz-ul-Quran Program for boys and girls in a safe, disciplined, and Islamic learning environment. The program is optional and open to students who have passed Grade II and qualified the Nazra Assessment.
Designed to be completed within 3 years to 3.5 years, the program includes daily, bi-monthly, half-yearly, and annual assessments to ensure steady progress. We maintain a 1:7 Teacher-to-Student Ratio, enabling every student to recite Sabaq, Sabqi, and Manzil individually for better memorization and Tajweed.
Students continue learning English and Mathematics alongside Hifz, while academic homework and examinations are kept to a minimum. The Hifz section is CCTV monitored, and parents receive daily updates and monthly progress reports.
Hifz students are also encouraged to participate in co-curricular activities for their overall personality development.

Hifz Students:
- Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 7:55 AM – 2:10 PM
- Friday: 7:55 AM – 12:10 PM
Classes are held 6 days a week. Hifz students observe Ramadan vacations only. Students who do not meet their Hifz targets may be required to attend extra classes until 4:00 PM.
Additional supervision charges will apply for after-school Hifz classes.
Hifz Programme is conducted under the supervision of experienced and qualified Huffaz teachers with an ideal 1:8 Teacher-to-Student Ratio.
School Qari Sahab is not allowed to provide home tuition. Any violation may result in disciplinary action against both the teacher and the student.
A unique Manzil (Dohrai) system is followed. If a student’s Manzil becomes weak, new Sabaq is stopped until the weak Para is properly memorized.
After Takmeel-e-Quran, a proper Manzil (Revision/Dohrai) system is followed to strengthen memorization.
Upon completion of Hifz and Dohrai, students appear in the School Hifz Test and the Board/Tanzeem Examination for certification.
If a student does not achieve the yearly Hifz targets or has a high absenteeism rate, the school reserves the right to discontinue the student’s Hifz studies.
Students must be proper at Nazra and Tajweed otherwise it will take 6 months to prepare him/her for Nazra to start Quran memorization.
No absenteeism is permitted in the Hifz-ul-Quran Program. Leave will only be granted in genuine medical cases supported by a valid doctor’s prescription or medical certificate.
At AIMS School, we are committed to nurturing Huffaz in a disciplined, supportive, and spiritually enriching environment while maintaining high standards of Quranic education.
To be eligible for admission to the Hifz Section, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The child must be at least 7.5 years old at the time of admission.
- The child must have successfully passed Class II.
- A understanding of Qaida and Nazra is required. Students who are fluent in Nazra with proper knowledge of Tajweed and Qawaid get a plus point.
- The child should have a healthy sleep routine, including an early bedtime and wake-up schedule, along with a balanced and nutritious diet.
- Screen time is strictly prohibited during the Hifz program to ensure maximum focus and concentration on memorization.
Note:
Students above 8.5 years of age may also be considered for admission. However:
- A different fee structure will apply.
- The school will not be responsible for the student’s academic education. The student will be enrolled only in the Hifz-ul-Quran program.
At AIMS School Karachi, our Catch-Up Classes, also known as Fast Remedial Classes (FRC), are specially designed for students who have devoted two to three years to the Hifz-ul-Quran (Tehfeez-ul-Qur’an) Program and wish to resume their formal academic education.

We understand that students who complete Hifz may require academic support before rejoining mainstream schooling. Our Fast Remedial Classes help bridge this gap through a carefully planned and accelerated learning program.

Award Nomination Criteria:
The High Achiever’s Award is presented to Hifz students who exceed their assigned memorization targets while consistently maintaining high standards in Sabqi, Manzil, and Tajweed.
Each student is given a specific memorization target for every Juz (Para). Those who surpass their target with accuracy, consistency, and dedication are recognized for their outstanding achievement and commitment to the memorization of the Holy Qur’an.
The Target Achiever Award is presented to Hifz students who successfully achieve their assigned memorization targets while maintaining consistent performance in Sabqi, Manzil, and Tajweed. This award recognizes students for their dedication, discipline, and commitment to achieving their Hifz goals.
The 100% Attendance Award is presented to students who maintain perfect attendance, remain regular and punctual, and attend school throughout the entire academic year without any late arrivals or early departures.
Students admitted during the middle of the academic session may not be eligible for this award.
The Best Student Award is presented to students who demonstrate outstanding overall performance throughout the academic year. The selection is made with the mutual consent of the Hifz teachers, considering the student’s Hifz progress, memorization targets, Sabqi and Manzil performance, participation in co-curricular activities, cleanliness and personal hygiene, discipline, and respectful behaviour towards peers, teachers, and the school community.
Hifz students actively participate in co-curricular activities alongside students from other sections to support their overall mental, physical, emotional, and social development.
Awards are presented based on each student’s performance in individual activities. Every competition has separate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Position Awards, encouraging students to develop their talents, build confidence, and strive for excellence beyond academics.
Parent Teacher Meetings:
At AIMS School, regular Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are conducted to discuss each student’s Hifz progress, Sabqi, Manzil, memorization targets, Tajweed, discipline, and overall development.
The Hifz-ul-Quran Section conducts at least four (4) Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) during the academic session.
Parents are strongly encouraged to attend every PTM, as their involvement plays a vital role in their child’s Hifz journey.
Hifz progress reports and assessment records may be shared with parents for review.
If both parents are unable to attend, they may authorize another family member by providing a signed authorization letter along with the student’s School ID Card.
Any discrepancy in the Hifz progress report must be reported to the school within 3 working days of its issuance. Requests received after this period will not be entertained.
Direct communication with Hifz teachers is not permitted outside scheduled PTMs.
For any concern regarding a student’s Hifz progress or behaviour, parents are requested to contact the School Management, who will coordinate with the concerned teacher if required.
Parents are requested to attend PTMs on the scheduled date and time to ensure effective communication and continuous support for their child’s Quran memorization.
Parents are requested to visit the school only during the designated visiting hours.
